He is survived by: his children, Daniel Perez (Alex) of Three Rivers, Amanda Garay (Jose) of Three Rivers and Damaris Perez of LaBelle, FL; his grandchildren, Isaac, Aubrianna, Adrian, Dominic and Leo; and his close friend Sandra Perez. He is also survived by six brothers and three sisters.
