He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard Lakey and Sam Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Bethany Reed; his children, Thomas P. Wagner Jr., Ryan Wagner (Dana), Anthony Wagner, Ronda Rose (Michael), Malynda Mead (Neal) and Caitlin Rose (Sean); his close friend Kay Weaver; and his pets, Sophie and Hope. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
