She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ballman; her daughter Laura Dean (Zachary); and her siblings, Delbert Franks, Terry Franks, Donna Moyer, Barb Kemp (Don), Sherry Bresson, Deb Wells and Sharon Mead (Dave). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
