Dunham; his sister Yvonne Martin (Tim); his brother-in-law Bruce Campbell; and his children, Rodger, Mindy Czekala, Joe Mansfield, Dianne M Hires-Schwemer, Heather M. Staecker (Brett), Michael P. Parish (Alina), Shannon A. Brown and Casie L. Bender (David). He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
