He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Maurer (Heath) and Harold Maurer Sr.; and his siblings, Beverly Watson (Maurer) and Harold Maurer Jr. (Butch). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Maurer; his children, Rocky Maurer (Kendra), Lance Maurer (Erica), Christy Lane, Stacy Johnson (Mike) and Carey Pekan (Mike); his siblings, Robert Maurer, Randy Maurer, Doug Maurer (Bridgett Gripman) and Kathy Maurer (Denny Higbee); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Emma Maurer, Raegen, Beckham, Carter Maurer, Ethan and Wesley Johnson. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Three Rivers Little League.
