He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Downer and Janet Downer; and his grandson Wyatt Turner. He is survived by: his wife Tina Downer; his children, David Turner, Wesley Downer, Jen Brown (Keith), Christina Millard (Daniel) and Kristin Downer; and his siblings, Tracy Downer and Debbie Guthrie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
