He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Anthony and Margaret Anthony (Cranson); his brother Lee Michael Anthony; and his nephew Joseph Anthony. He is survived by: his children, Richard B. Anthony III (Crystal) of Three Rivers, Jonathan Anthony of Three Rivers, Ann Forman (Chuck) of Three Rivers and Janelle Anthony of Three Rivers; and his grandchildren, Blake Anthony, Zachary, Ava Forman, Jayden Wirtz, Samuel Ellsworth, Persia and Chanelle Anthony.
