He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael F. Hornacek and Anna H. Hornacek (Nisky); his wife Barbara Cupp (Haas); his son P. J. Hornacek (Jenny) of Middlebury; his grandchildren, Kallista, Shyla and Gabby Hornacek; his stepsons, Norman Cupp (Gillian) of Three Rivers and Ted Cupp (Tabby) of Mendon; his stepgrandchildren, Makenna, Brynn, Nora and Oakley Cupp; and his brothers, Mike Hornacek (Claudia) of Lake Zurich and John Hornacek of Fruitport.
It is suggested that memorial contributions be directed to St. Edward Catholic Church.
