He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lenny Wheeler and Kolleen Wheeler (Adams); his sister Charmane Reyes; his daughters, Chelsey Avery of Battle Creek and Brittany Haigh of Three Rivers; his friend Lisa Miller; his grandchildren, Jayden Haigh, Braxten Haigh, Carlianna Avery, Graycen Haigh, Maizen Haigh, Coramarie Avery and Riverlen Haigh; his brothers, Ereck and Dawayne Wheeler; his half-siblings, Scott Destadeo and Theresa Dekarske; and his stepfather Charles "Chuck" Gilliland. He was also cherished by Several aunts, uncles, and nieces and nephews.
