He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Richard and S. June Lewis (Carson); and his close friend Patricia Buelow. He is survived by: his children, Justin Lewis (Paul), Lindsay Campbell (Cody) and Joshua Lewis (Catherine); the mother of his children Elizabeth Buxton; and his grandchildren, Chaise, Aden, Holden and Ace.
