He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Elliot Belshaw and Stella Arlene Belshaw (Newkirk); his sibling Jack Belshaw; his nephews, Rick Belshaw and Ted Belshaw; and also Nadean Belshaw.

He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ann Tatara.
