Kelley of Three Rivers, Michigan, born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Shannon and Helen Shannon (Dewitt); her husband William M. Kelley; and her sister Colleen Shannon. She is survived by: her children, Debra Beck of Sebring, FL, Kathleen Moore (Michael) of Sturgis, MI and Kevin Kelley (Linda) of Sturgis, MI; and her grandchildren, Jim Frederick, Dave Frederick, Kristin Kushner (Jason), Matthew Beck, Jennifer Haack (Matthew), William Rider (Jennifer), Justin Moore (Kristen), Ashley Bell (Tony), Zachary Kelley (Laura), Ashley Kelley and Zach Gordon. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Due to the current conditions with the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions of gatherings a private family memorial service celebrating and honoring the life of Joan M. Kelley will be held.
