He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Melchi and Emily Mae Melchi (Waldren); and his brothers, Edward and Harry. He is survived by: his wife Fay Cutler (Hagenbuch); his children, Pam Miller (Cecil) and Doug Melchi (Shelly); his stepsons, Peter Cutler (Lisa) and Chad Cutler (Jamie); his grandchildren, Tara Vogt (Ryan), Austin Miller (Kelsi), Courtney Cutler, Angela, Amanda Cutler, Nicholas and Joseph Melchi; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Kinley, Connor Vogt, Kaden, Adrienne and Raelynn Miller.
