It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert M. Howard (Three Rivers, Michigan), born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morris Howard and Evelyn Howard (Pilgrim); his wife Janice Howard of Three Rivers; his children, Laurie Wilcox (Ken) of Three Rivers, Kelly Copenhaver (Ron) of Pleasanton, CA and Steven Adcock (Gina) of Holly Springs, GA; and his sister Iris Phillips of Douglasville, GA.
