He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sampley and Cora; and his siblings, Vivian Weller and William "Hayden" Sampley. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sampley of Portage; his sister Ann Bray; and his children, Julie Leslie, Scott Sampley (Patti) and Greg Sampley (Andee). He is also survived by Great-Grand Children.
