She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd T. Starner and Elizabeth M. Starner (Burroughs); her husband Robert L. Lockwood; her brother Robert Starner; and her grandson James Robert McClure.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca McClure of Reisterstown, Elizabeth Brooks (Chris) of Berrien Springs and Amy DeWulf (Mark) of Three Rivers, Michigan. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
