She is survived by: her spouses, Orville Anglemyer, Jr. and Larry Raifsnider; her children, Tammy West (Bill), Jeffrey Anglemyer (Lisa) and Orville Anglemyer III (Lisa); her stepchildren, Paige Ludwick (Jerry) and Shawn Raifsnider; and her brother Randy Smith (Debbie). She is also survived by several grandchildren and one great grandchild.
