He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hoffman; his daughters, Julie Hoffman-Hoxie (Duane) and Jennifer Bartrug (Arthur); his grandchildren, Luke, Isabella and Maxwell Hoxie; his siblings, Lee Hoffman and June O'neil (William); and his stepsister Ann Agelger.

Donations in Dale's memory may be directed to Centrica Care Navigators or First United Methodist Church.
