She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard D. Cook and Ila Mae Cook (Russell); her sons, John David Hagerman and James Alan MacTavish; and her grandson Gage MacTavish.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert Hagerman; her husband James L. MacTavish of Three Rivers; her children, Emilie Curtis (Stephen) of Three Rivers, Kris Webb (Kurt) of Three Rivers, Heidi Griffin (James) of Fairfax, VA, Elizabeth Baker (Michael), Tom Hagerman (Marlene) of Centreville and Jesse Allen MacTavish of Three Rivers; her grandson James Alexander MacTavish; her daughters-in-law, Melody Sanders, Lori Munson and Danielle Girard; her sister Nancy Bolinger; and her cousin Beverly Harper. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be directed to either the Youth Program at Bethany Chapel, or to Three Rivers Health Hospice.
