With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Joe (Three Rivers, Michigan), born in Belzoni, Mississippi, who passed away on March 22, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Leroy Tout; and his nephews, Michael Tout and Bobby Price. He is survived by: his parents, Chester W. Farley and Ethel L. Farley (Stokes); his wife Virginia Ruth Kandler; his daughter Terri Stoll (Gary) of Decatur; his grandsons, Nicholas Stoll (Leah) of Gun Lake and Justin Stoll (Lacey) of Kalamazoo; his great grandchildren, Kenzi Stoll and Jackson Stoll; his sister Dorothy Ann "Dottie" Tout of Three Rivers; and his daughter Lori Holder (Tim).
