He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Henry and Bertie Lenora Howell; and his siblings, Jane, Beth, Wayne and Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Kohler, Henry Howell, Katherine Blaine and Michael Howell (Tracy Lyell Howell); and his siblings, Larry Howell and Alice Adcock. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
