He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ludvigs Rozentals and Alisa Rozentals (Meija); his son Gunars Juris Rozentals; his brother Gunars Rozentals; his wife Ruta Rozentals (Krinte); his children, Andra Anna Rozentals and Valdis Andrejs Rozentals; his sister Dzidra Dagmara Apsite; and his grandchildren, Lidija Lillie (Aija), Andrejs, Zinaida and Zile Rozentals.
A memorial service will take place in the spring or summer of 2021, as the COVID-19 pandemic allows.
