He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Starks and Edith V. Starks (Lambert); his wife Rose Marie; his daughter Terry Jean Starks; and his sisters, Saloma and Callie.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Starks (Terry) of Three Rivers and Kathy Starks-Smith of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren, Rev. Don Felcik (Linda), Denise Gibles, Troy Starks, Jessica Starks and Zachary Smith; his great grandchildren, Adam, Luke, Leah, Olivia, Holly, Nicholas, Alysha, Kaylee, Kelsey, Sabrina and Ian; his great great grandchildren, Neveah and Troy; his grandchild Bellamie Rose; and his siblings, Rita Halterman, Janet Whitmire (Charles), Oscar Starks, Leo Starks and Raymond Starks (Elsie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It is suggested that memorial donations be directed to the Three Rivers Homecare and Hospice, 711 S. Health Parkway, Three Rivers, MI 49093.
