She was predeceased by: her parents, Warnie Charles and Lois Gene Adkins (Johnson); her spouse Alvie Frank Ellenwine, Jr.; her grandson Dustin Ellenwine; and her sister-in-law Linda Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Tamra Miller (David) of Three Oaks, MI, Alvie C. Ellenwine (Kristin) of Rolling Prairie and Marla Shail (Rob) of New Carlisle; her grandchildren, Seth Shail, Noah Shail, Alvie A. Ellenwine (Sarah), Bronson Ellenwine, Drake Ellenwine, Elin Boklund and Eric Boklund III; and her siblings, Kay Engle (James) of La Porte, Sharon Heise (Dean) of La Porte, Keith Adkins of New Carlisle and Jeff Adkins (Brenda) of Rolling Prairie.
