With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mitchell Jerimiah Root Jr. (Three Oaks, Michigan), born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on October 31, 2019 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell J and Leona P Root Sr. (Stanage); and his brother Rick Root. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Root; his children, Margie Banks, Michael Taylor, Mitchell Davidson, Matthew Taylor Sue Lawrence and Brad Lawrence; his sister Christine Lang; and his sister-in-law Barbara Root. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
