He is survived by: his parents, Richard "Dick" and Delcina "Dusty" Zei of Three Oaks; his brother Rich Zei (Julianne CeCe) of Chicago; his close friend Sasha Boersma; his sisters, Ailene Schultz (David) of Buchanan, Jean Zei (George Kim) of Las Vegas, NV, Kristen Owen (Joshua) of Niles and Taylor Luis (Christian) of Arlington Heights; and his nieces and nephews, Brittney, Kate, Victoria DesLauries, Kaily Owen Trudelle (Gavin), Haven, Logan Luis, Jordan CeCe, Mason Drake Zei Benson, Brayden, Wyatt and William Schultz.
