Geraldine Ella Versaw Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2024, at the age of 89, Geraldine Ella Versaw of Three Oaks, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Geraldine Ella is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Geraldine Ella's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerard Diorio and Ella Temmel. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Reese (Greg) and Sharrel Bailey (Paul); her sister Beverly Szczypiorski (Ronald); her grandchildren, Renae Sells (Joel) and Shelly Taylor (Todd); her niece Lori Szczypiorski (Steve Taylor); and her nephew Nicholas Szczypiorski (Natalie). She is also survived by five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pike Funeral and Cremation Services. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (28 W Ash St, Three Oaks, MI 49128).
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for the Shelly Taylor Medical Fund.
