He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Skorupa and Esther Skorupa (Siemon); his sons-in-law, Stan Sperry and Eugene Barker; and his siblings, Connie Pallas, Mary Smith, Victoria Hackel, Thomas, Wilbur, Raymond and Clifford Skorupa.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Smith; his children, Donna Sperry, Donald Skorupa, Jr. (Sherri) and Jane Barker; his grandchildren, Kami Matlock, Paul Harding, Gene Barker, Jim Barker (Brooke), Scott Skorupa (Sara) and Stacey Skorupa; his great grandchildren, Reese, Elly Matlock, Indie, Malakai, Piper Barker, Nickolas and Jordan Skorupa; and his brother Matthew "Mac" Skorupa.
