She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. Pacovsky. She is survived by: her children, Monica L. Adkins (Greg) of Three Oaks, Garry A. Pacovsky of Three Oaks, Frank J. Pacovsky of South Bend and Ingrid Marie Pacovsky of Three Oaks; her grandchildren, Courtney Adkins of Three Oaks, Morgan Adkins (Daniel Crowel) of Three Oaks and Zachary Adkins of Three Oaks; and her brother Edward Quint of Canada. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
