He is survived by: his mother Sue Evans (Stotenbur); his wife Michelle Evans; his children, Angela Flores (Isaac), Jennifer Malpica (Jose), Crystal Evans, Robert Evans III (Casandra Akers) and Adrianna Arellano (Francisco); his stepchildren, John Cuellar (Mehgan Danks), Mark Garces, Tomas Garces III (Deanna), Eileen Ravens (Silvano) and Jacob Garces; and his brothers, Mark Evans (Tami) and James Evans (Teresa). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
