He is survived by: his wife Stonna; his sons, Brett Spalding (Kathy) of Pentwater, MI, Kurt Spalding (Kitty) of Stanwood, MI and David Spalding (Sue) of Thompsonville, MI; his grandchildren, Kristen Lorenz (Jason), Patrick Spalding (Mary), Tyler Spalding (Nora), Breeanne Brand (Macabe) and Kate Spalding (Abby); his great grandchildren, Emmy, Clay and Gil Lorenz; his siblings, James (Barbara) and Sylvia Paquette; and his brother-in-law Richard Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or Blaine Christain Church.
