He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leroy and Mary Madeline Moore (Washagesic); his wife Lynn L. Moore (Carmien); and his siblings, Kenneth Gablow, George Gablow, Michael Moore, Timothy Moore, Cecelia Boomer and Edythe Gablow.

He is survived by: his children, Angela Moore (Leroy), Jeremy Keeler (Jessica) and Marissa Morgan (Ross); his grandchildren, Danielle, Brooke, Tristan, Cameron, Arabelle, Adam, Abraham, Abigail, Austin, Zach, Holly and Kaleb; his great grandchild Emilia; and his brother Ernest Gablow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to help pay for funeral expenses.
