He was predeceased by: his parents, DeMarion Mallison and Mary Etta Mallison (Nickelson); and his daughter Sandra O'Shea. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ann Porter; his son Jeff; and his grandchildren, Amber, Erik, Shelby and Marin.
