He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin Maginity and Doris Maginity of Thompsonville; and his siblings, Michael Maginity (Cathy) of Thompsonville, Van Maginity of Brooklyn, Douglas Maginity (Susan) of Interlochen, Byron Maginity (Patricia) of Taylor, Tammy Bemiss (Gregg) of Traverse City and Neal Maginity (Brenda) of Gaylord. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
