He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stein and Caroline Stein (Labrecque); and his brother Edward Stein. He is survived by: his son Travis Stein (Rachel); his grandsons, Dominic and Colin; and his siblings, Michael Stein, Joanne Sengstock (Lloyd) and Loretta Guzzi.
