He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Hoffman and Edith M. Hoffman (Nabor); his wife Suzanne R. Marchant (Sue); and his siblings, Matilda Strugarek (Mae) and Joseph Hoffman (Joe).
He is survived by: his children, Bill Hoffman III, Mark Hoffman, Lisa Stoller, Matt Hoffman and Katy Karaffa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
