Winebarger; her children, Jesse Carolyn Hutcherson (Robert) and Tony Scott Cecil (Cindy); her stepchildren, Ron Winebarger Jr. and Patricia Shipley; and her siblings, H. C. Cress, Steve Cress and Betty McNutty.
