He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Robert and Eva Jane Mills (Copper); his brothers, David and Robert; and his brother-in-law Tony Angellotti Sr..
He is survived by : his wife Christina L. Mills; his children, Eric Duncan (Angie), Heather Byrd (Mike), Angela Mills (Steve Kotowicz) and Nicole Mills; his siblings, Marilyn Potts (Walter), Sheila Angelotti, Marvin (Nancy) and Joel Mills (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Taylor (Ray), Amber (Sam), Rhiannon, Ethan, Braden, Morgan, Joey and Heather (Nicholas). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
