He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Russell and Ruth Russell (Albright); and his brothers, James and Paul Russell. He is survived by : his wife Sandy (Mical); his son Tom Jr. Russell (Lauri); and his sister Nancy Duda (Michael). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
