He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Mozingo (Christopher) and Heather Seifert (Terrance); his grandchildren, Trenton Seifert and El Hoffman; his sister Sister Carol Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Betty Hoffman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
