She is survived by: her daughter Tammie Sue Hayes of Houghton Lake; her siblings, Dennis LaValley (Roxanne) of Toledo, Denise LaValley of Harsens Island, Cindy Maynard of Temperance and Sharie Plewa (Doug) of Temperance; her grandchildren, Kayla Hayes of Oscoda, Cortney Darling (Josh) of Lucerne Valley and Alexis Hayes of San Francisco; and her great grandchildren, Loralai Whittiker of California, Ellen Rose Miller of California, Frank Dwayne Hayes III of Oscoda and Jeremiah Darling of Lucerne Valley.
