She was predeceased by: her spouse Merrill Gene Sams (Sam); her son Michael Sams; and her grandson Dustin Merrill Sams. She is survived by: her children, Jody Cramer of Lansing, MI, Rusty Sams (Nancy) of Wauseon, OH, Mac Sams of Wauseon and Shelly Haise of Temperance, MI.; her brother Jim Meyers (Charlene) of Perrysburg, OH; her grandchildren, Hannah Haise of Temperance, MI and Sam Haise of Temperance, MI; and her stepgrandchildren, Erin Bialy and Paul Bialy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Zion United Methodist Church.
