She was predeceased by: her father Joseph DeJonckheere. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Chudnicki; her daughters, Elizabeth and Anna Chudnicki; her mother Marjorie Tatham (Joseph); her siblings, Cynthia Kubiak (Michael) and Joseph DeJonckheere, Jr. (Lisa); her sister-in-law Helena Jakoniuk (late Wiesiek); and her nieces and nephews, Zachary, Alyssa Kubiak, Joseph, Sarah, Ava DeJonckheere, Bartek Jakoniuk (Aga) and Estera Niwinska (Michael). She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family recommends a contribution to Elara Caring Hospice Foundation, 730 Riverside Avenue, Adrian, MI 49221.
