He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Robert and Virginia Matthis; his great-uncles, Bobby Mathis, Larry Mathis and Freddy Mathis; and his aunt Jessica Eby.
He is survived by: his parents, Bobbie Eby and Timothy Eby (Emily Gleason); his daughter Oaklyn Raine Eby; his grandparents, Millie Larabell (Ken), Robert McKnight and Timothy Eby (Judie); his sisters, Riley Ansel (Tristen) and Mia Eby (Tom Grady); and his nephew Apollo Grady.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Eby family to assist with funeral arrangements.
