She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Phillips and Evelyn Phillips; her husband Jeffery Koontz; her children, Derick Koontz, Heather Koontz and Ashley Koontz; and her sisters, Susan Frye, Tammy Lynn, Bonnie Hoover and Lindsey Phillips.
