She is survived by: her children, Melinda Wentworth (Bill), Edward Welch (Lynn), Duane Welch (Karen) and Harold, Jr. Welch (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Amy Gruden (Todd), Jerry Welch, Jessie Biggs, Kevin Welch, Michael Byrd (Heather) and Michelle Plummer (Kyle). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
