He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Tober and Molly Tober (Noska); and his wife Phyllis J. Snyder. He is survived by: his children, Rick Tober (Chris) and Connie Elliott (Steve); his sister Judy Davies (Keith); his grandchildren, Gregg Elliott, Jennifer Simms (David) and James Tober; his great grandchild Lukas Simms; and his girlfriend Rita Collier.
