He was predeceased by: his spouse Yoshi Yonamine; his parents, Lloyd and Ruth; his siblings, Richard, Bill and Norma; and his sons-in-law, Frank Burzynski and Michael Rede.
He is survived by: his caregiver Yoshi; his children, Nancy, Tina and David Campbell; his granddaughters, Nichole Burzynski and Nina Burzynski; his great grandchildren, Lucie, Kellan, Emma, Charlotte and Carson; his son-in-law Michael Pagnanelli; and his daughter Jackie Reau.
