He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys E. Ruffier (Eveland) and Emile P. Ruffier; and his sisters, Marlene Grierindinger and Joan Zeller. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn G. Hardy; and his children, Richard Ruffier (Suzanne), Karilyn Hartz (Marc), Marvin Ruffier, Jason Ruffier (Melinda) and Gary Ruffier (Khristina). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reeb Funeral Home (5712 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
