He is survived by: his wife Sharon Turner; his children, Terry Hayward (Gail), Dana Mikonowicz (Todd Spears), Carol Olszewski, Patty Carter (Gordan) and Kathy Cornett (Tim); and his grandchildren, Holly Przybylek (Cory), Courtney Simopoulos (Nick), Dylan Mikonowicz, Isabella, Gunner Spears, Christian Olszewski (Jaime), Kathryn Olszewski, Nicholas Olszewski (Alicia), Kurtis Cornett (Emily) and Kenny Cornett (Julie). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
